Very friendly service, was lucky enough to run into the cleaning staff twice on trips to the ice machine, she was so welcoming and kind. The bed was very comfortable and not too plush. Pillows so plush and linens/towels fresh and clean …

This is the most poorly maintained Courtyard I've stayed at in quite some time. Surprising for such a newer/modern property in a nice area. Management, engineering/maintenance, and housekeeping are a complete Fail based on this visit. …

The Marriott Courtyard in Reading is in a good location and in general one would expect Marriott service and quality... unfortunately it does fall short.|The hotel does NOT have it's Bistro operational, which leads it to be very quiet in …

We stopped here for one night since it was a halfway point. We preferred this area to downtown Reading because it was quieter and we could walk to many restaurants. There is also a gas station and a McDonalds across the street which was …

Stayed here from 10/16 to 10/25. Rooms were clean and location was great. However, the hotel charged me for the length of my original reservation which was from 10/16 to 11/3. As I mentioned I checked out on the 25th, but they charged me all the way through Nov 3rd. I called multiple times and asked to speak to manager and each time got a voicemail. Finally called and was eventually called back by asst manager and she asked me if I told anyone when I checked out early. Seriously? So, by that logic you're telling me housekeeping would never enter my room even without the do-not-disturb sign present? Ridiculous logic. I travel for work and always checkout and ask for an emailed receipt. Filed a dispute on Marriott corporate website and eventually got the charges from 10/30 to 11/3 reversed, but they did NOT reverse the charges from 10/25 to 10/30 costing my company an additional $1032. I've always been a Hilton Honors member but recently decided to try Marriott. Never again.

I don’t typically stay in Marriott properties but this one was not a favorite. I stayed for a wedding I was attending, the lobby is nice and the rooms are spacious but that bathroom was out of this world. Mold on the ceiling, shower head …

The beds are comfortable, and the location is great! I will say the breakfast is a little on the pricey side, but there are other options nearby.

First of all the hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. 2nd, the indoir pool is so chlorinated that my eyes burned and the pool was too cold to do in winter, it wasn't really heated. Next I had a problem with the bathtub, if you're sitting down you need to keep getting up to use the soap and at 65 years old it isn't easy. Next is the fact you can read which is soap, which is conditioner and which is shampoo for those of us needing glasses. I had to get out of the tub, go to the bedroom and get my glasses to read the bottle. I suggest you take a cup or 2 and squirt whatever you use into it and then sit down to bathe. If showering then not a problem reaching other than reading the label.
